Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nursing, finance, healthcare, or related field.
• Five (5) years' experience including three (3) years in pre-award activity and two (2) years' experience in research compliance, finance, billing, or contract compliance leading others.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Day-to-day functions of the clinical research pre-award.
• Oversees calendar builds, coverage determinations, billing queries, compliance audits, budget negotiations, and document concordance for trial activations and amendments.
• Monitors KPIs and SLAs; reports team progress to leadership.
• Partners with vendors to streamline pre-award workflows and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provides coaching and training to team members on pre-award workflows and vendor-related tasks.
