Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks an experienced Oncology Unit RN Manager to lead a 30-bed inpatient oncology/hematology unit in Southern Arizona. You will partner with physicians, case management, and support services to ensure safe, high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

You will oversee staffing, education, performance development, and ongoing quality initiatives, while modeling evidence-based practice and fostering professional growth for the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership in oncology.
• BSN required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience managing a 30-bed inpatient oncology/hematology unit.
• Strong collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the oncology/hematology nursing team and unit operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and standards of care.
