Responsibilities

• Collaborates with medical staff to monitor patient outcomes and implement quality initiatives.
• Analyzes dashboard indicators, sets quality priorities, and develops action plans.
• Fosters staffing development, mentoring, and transparent communication across the unit.
• Maintains relationships internally and externally to support patient care and safety.
• Leads planning for clinical standards, budget, and staffing to ensure safe operations.
