UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a Regular Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) to support the Medical Oncology team in Shadyside/Pittsburgh, PA. The role features a daylight schedule, working as a Collaborative Practice Nurse with the 2nd-floor Medical Oncology team.

The position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to float to other oncology disease programs. BSN is preferred and prior oncology and EMR/Triage experience is desired for this dynamic unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• EMR/Triage experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Actively participates in quality improvement efforts and supports patient care improvements.
• Collaborates with provider and clinical team to assess and manage clinic patients.
• Triage patient questions, concerns, and needs; communicate effectively with families.
• Demonstrates accountability for professional development and patient safety.
