Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications: CCRC or CCRP or equivalent clinical research certification.
• 8 years of clinical research experience; education may substitute.
• Experience interpreting trial protocols and eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Attend study trainings and initiation activities for new trials.
• Present protocol and eligibility at disease workgroups.
• Recruit and prescreen patients; obtain records for potential trials.
• Coordinate with study teams on slot and cohort availability.
• Provide regular leadership reports on prescreening and eligibility.
• Handoff eligible patients to clinical research teams for screening.
• Utilize Epic/Beacon and related systems for scheduling and screening.
• Assist in SOPs and guidelines for referral, prescreening, and eligibility.
