Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant work experience, education may substitute.
• Experience with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and grant applications.
• Experience with regulatory affairs in clinical research.
• Experience with medical terminology and investigative scientific methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and serve as primary contact for assigned clinical trial activities.
• Develop and manage contracts and stakeholder relationships; address protocol clarifications.
• Conduct study activities, including consenting and follow-up visits.
• Mentor and train staff; oversee multiple study teams with escalation plans.
• Coordinate with sponsor, CRO, and ancillary departments; track progress.
• Prepare progress reports and research documents for leadership and funders.
• Monitor budgets and resources; ensure regulatory compliance.
