Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant work experience; education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Experience with study budgets, contracts, and grant applications.
• Experience with statutes and guidelines relevant to regulatory affairs in clinical research.
• Experience with medical terminology and investigative scientific methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and serve as primary contact for assigned clinical trial activities, develop and manage expectations; nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct study activities, including consenting and follow-up visits.
• Train and mentor staff, assign activities, and provide feedback to teams.
• Develop direct reports through onboarding, mentoring, career path management, and continuing education.
• Communicate effectively across and within the Clinical Trials Office reporting structures.
• Mentor team members to prioritize, solve problems, and plan contingencies; liaise with senior leadership to optimize performance.
