Responsibilities

• Evaluate member/patient calls using established protocols.

• Document assessment, plan and disposition clearly and timely.
• Provide education to public or health professionals as needed.
• Refer to physicians or services; coordinate care across departments.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and exceed customer service standards.
