Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Kellogg Cancer Center in Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, or four 10-hour days; no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include delivering safe nursing care, administering chemotherapy and coordinating interdisciplinary care. Requires IL RN licensure, Associate's degree in Nursing, CPR certification; BSN preferred. Oncology/outpatient infusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Associate's in Nursing is required; Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association is required; OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in Kellogg Cancer Center.
• Apply the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products.
• Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
