Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients and families.
• Ability to develop nursing care plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Proficiency in health information documentation and patient education.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in Med/Surg Oncology Transplant.
• Develop patient care plans with patients and designated care partners.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe care.
• Educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning.
