Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift in the Med/Surg unit at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. The role focuses on patient- and family-centered care, with emphasis on using nursing processes to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs.

The RN will develop care plans with patients and designated care partners, follow evidence-based nursing practices, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while collaborating

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree BSN within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Articulates the job’s main responsibilities as part of the nursing team.
• Integrates Evidence-Based Practice with patient and family preferences.
• Minimizes risk by following nursing protocols and using data to monitor outcomes.
