Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to drive hematology/oncology product adoption with physicians and healthcare teams. The TAS will engage HCPs through deep scientific dialogue and CE^3-enabled insights, while prioritizing safe, appropriate product use and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree; 5+ years pharma/biotech field sales/MSL.
• Ability to communicate scientific data to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and strong CX.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Strong account management and sales record.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within territory to meet sales targets.
• Develops territory and account plans.
• Engages with HCPs with scientific dialogue.
• Collaborates with field teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
• Uses CE^3 and other tools for insights and call planning.
