Job summary

University Hospitals in Ohio seeks an RN1 Care Coord for Oncology Surgery serving Avon or Elyria with some CMC duties. The role delivers age-specific nursing care using the nursing process to support patient health outcomes.

You will implement the nursing process, demonstrate clinical skills, communicate effectively with the care team, and contribute to professional practice while upholding PHI and UH policies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or ADN required.
• BSN or MN preferred.
• RN license in Ohio or Multi-State Compact required on hire.
• BLS required on hire.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit.

• Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
