Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to collaborate with the care team and coordinate comprehensive patient care. You will perform clinical reviews to identify service needs and ensure seamless integration of access, utilization management, and treatment planning.

Required BSN, Ohio RN license, 3–5 years in case management or managed care, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. CancerCare specifics may apply; oncology certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Ohio licensure.
• 3–5 years of case management or managed care experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of EPIC and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the care team to provide patient care.
