You will guide project leaders, mentor teams, and collaborate in a fast-paced, global CRO environment, with responsibilities spanning strategy, client meetings, and budget governance. Mandarin proficiency is valued given global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Operator with hands-on delivery and drug development exposure in oncology.
• Experience in CRO environment and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to develop winning project strategies.
• Scan landscapes to develop long-term implementation plans.
• Maintain awareness of market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and guide project leaders.
• Support sales during customer and bid defense meetings.
• Lead and present project strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals and growth targets.
