Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Stem Cell Transplant to deliver patient-centered care across adult to geriatric oncology populations in inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires 1–3 years of Cellular Therapy experience, a BSN or active enrollment, and Georgia RN licensure or compact state license, with BLS and ACLS certifications. The position is full-time days, with responsibilities including mentorship and collaborative care delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Cellular Therapy (Stem Cell Transplant and/or Immune Effector Cell) experience.
• BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire; BSN completed within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Work FT Days, 7a-7p.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for malignant hematology and stem cell transplant patients.
• Direct and coordinate care with Patient Care Technicians and healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain patient dignity, rights, and privacy.
• Onboard and mentor new staff; delegate tasks per Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
