Job summary

Qualifications

• Oncology Social Work Certification (OSW-C) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical social work services to ensure a comprehensive program of treatment.
• Identifies patients in need of social work interventions through case findings.
• Maintains patient records including assessment and interventions.
