Job summary

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, PA social work licensure within 2 years, and Oncology Social Work Certification within 4 years, with at least 2 years of outpatient oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• PA Social Worker License within 2 years of hire.
• Oncology Social Worker Certification within 4 years of hire.
• 2 years experience in an outpatient oncology setting or equivalent demonstrated oncology responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychosocial services and programs for cancer survivors, families, and caregivers.
• Offer individual and group counseling and advocacy services.
• Collaborate with the health care team to support patient and family adjustment to illness.
• Assist with psychosocial assessments and educational resources across cancer care stages.
