Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time medical social work experience.
• Knowledge of oncology referral services is preferred.
• Experience facilitating support groups and program development.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify needs and develop a social service plan for each patient and family.
• Respond to consults promptly.
• Assist with non-medical aspects of care (transportation, financial, insurance, disability, prescriptions, referrals, paperwork).
