The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, licensure in Washington (LICSW/LASW or equivalent) with progression within 3 years, and preferred oncology certification and 5+ years of oncology care experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Licensed in Washington as LICSW or LASW or equivalent license.
• Must obtain LICSW or LASW within 3 years if not already licensed
• Oncology Social Work Certification preferred
• Minimum five years of oncology care or relevant experience preferred
• Healthcare financial assistance knowledge preferred
• Leadership experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for oncology patients across the continuum of care.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and psychosocial interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, peers, community colleagues, and others to orchestrate care.
• Identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services.
