Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Cancer Services Manager in the Denver area. You will provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership across cancer services, ensuring safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care while overseeing staff performance and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurse navigators, pharmacy, and other partners to coordinate seamless care and lead strategic program development within a high-acuity oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
• BSN degree required.
• 3–5 years of clinical oncology nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in nursing leadership (charge nurse, supervisor, or manager).
• OCN certification required at hire or within 12 months of hire.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and chemo/biotherapy provider cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to nursing and support staff within the cancer service line.
• Oversee staffing schedules, daily operations, and patient-care standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff with reviews and escalation actions.
• Lead workflow redesign and the introduction of new technology or services.
• Routinely round on patients and staff to resolve issues in real time.
• Coordinate care with physicians, navigators, pharmacy, and radiation oncology teams.
• Participate in service line planning, development, and growth initiatives.
• Support retention through employee engagement and department activities.
