Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Clinical Lead, Oncology Nurse to serve as the clinical and operational leader for nursing services in the outpatient oncology practice. You will ensure safe, high-quality patient care, support staff development, and maintain efficient infusion and clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 3–5 years of oncology nursing experience (infusion preferred).
• BSN.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification (or willingness to obtain within defined timeframe).
• Strong knowledge of oncology workflows, treatment plans, and medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the infusion suite and nursing workflows.
• Ensure adherence to oncology standards (ONS guidelines, chemotherapy safety, hazardous drug handling).
• Monitors treatment plan accuracy, MAR completeness, and documentation integrity.
• Serves as escalation point for clinical concerns, adverse events, and complex patient scenarios.
• Promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates staffing and patient flow to optimize chair utilization and reduce delays.
