Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Scheduler to orchestrate care by coordinating patient appointments and provider schedules for procedures and tests. You will gather insurance information, verify documentation, and deliver courteous in-person and phone support to patients.

In this role you will manage daily outpatient scheduling, handle multiple tasks, and communicate clearly to ensure timely, accurate scheduling.

Qualificações

• One year of related work experience or equivalent education demonstrates the capability to perform scheduling duties.
• Knowledge of medical terminology obtained through formal education or healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate multiple provider schedules for procedures, tests, and studies.
• Gather and verify patient insurance information and documentation.
• Process reports and provide exceptional customer service to patients in person and by phone.
• Handle daily outpatient scheduling for the assigned department and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
