Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Oncology Sales Training Manager to lead and manage the training curriculum for the Oncology Business Unit (OBU), aligning with field and home office partners to deliver onboarding and ongoing training. You will drive Phase II live training, ensure curriculum compliance, and support sales capability development and portfolio initiatives.

The role partners with brand teams and cross-functional peers to deliver scalable learning programs, with strong ownership and accountability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training experience and people leadership required.
• Experience in training programs for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
• Strong collaboration with field and home office teams.
• Experience in developing and delivering curriculum for sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oncology sales training curriculum.
• Support onboarding and new hire training for OBU.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product launches and updates.
• Ensure curriculum compliance and effective field readiness.
