Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science, education, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of training experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Ability to create engaging, practical training content for field teams.
• Experience with virtual training, distance learning, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver live and virtual onboarding and advanced training programs.
• Support learners before, during, and after training to reinforce readiness.
• Coordinate workshops, case discussions, and follow-up sessions across regions.
• Partner with brand, marketing, and sales to create training deliverables for national events.
• Mentor early career colleagues and share best practices.
