Job summary

Lilly Oncology is seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Representative to communicate clinical information about Lilly Oncology products to healthcare professionals in your territory.

In this role you will manage territory and reimbursement dynamics, navigate accounts to build trusted partnerships, and promote the full product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue while meeting agreed sales goals under company policies and the PhRMA code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas for this role.
• Three or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non‑pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate clinical information about Lilly Oncology products to healthcare professionals.
• Develop a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape to analyze and adapt to business needs.
• Navigate accounts and engage key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
• Promote the entire product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue with customers.
• Meet sales goals while acting in accordance with internal policies and PhRMA code.
