Responsibilities

• Develops nursing care plans based on patient histories and diagnoses
• Educates patients and families on conditions, meds, and self-care
• Evaluates care outcomes and adjusts plans accordingly
• Maintains safe patient environment and adheres to infection control and safety policies
• Documents care services in patient records
• Keeps equipment and supplies stocked and maintained
