Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to implement nursing plan and monitor patients.
• Develop nursing care plans from medical history and assessments.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
