The RN will coordinate care, participate in governance and research activities, and serve as a preceptor, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience; direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance and research activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a skilled and professional nursing workforce.
• Adhere to organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals.
• Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum, developing protocols in collaboration with the team.
