Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe and efficient patient care in a hematology/oncology setting in Hawaii.

You will assess patients, review labs and vital signs, verify doses, and administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies as directed by providers. You will triage telephone inquiries, teach patients and families about medications and treatment plans, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and safety across multi-site

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• CPR and BLS certifications are current.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and other agents as ordered.
• Triage and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
• Document treatment in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and treatment plans.
