Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an experienced RN for the 2 South Oncology unit. This full-time night shift position (7p–7a) offers a $7,500 sign-on for new grads and $20,000 for experienced RNs, along with a base pay range and comprehensive benefits.

ADN with BSN preferred and a Virginia or compact RN license is required; BLS within 90 days of hire. Candidates with either experience or strong graduate credentials are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
• Virginia or compact multistate RN license in good standing
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Experienced RN’s and New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking.
• Perform assessment, planning, implementation, teaching and coordination of care.
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with the oncology care team.
