Texas Health Resources is hiring a Charge (RN) Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Oncology at the Dallas location. The PRN Nights schedule requires rotating weekends and holidays, with a focus on life-saving cancer care and teamwork in a busy 30-bed unit.

The ideal candidate will have an nursing associate degree or diploma, Texas RN license, BCLS and ACLS certifications, and strong critical thinking. Preference for BSN and additional oncology certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma nursing program completed.
• BSN preferred; relevant nursing license in Texas.
• 2 years of clinical nursing in acute care; RN license required.

• Deliver care using the Nursing Process, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide unit leadership with staff support and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
