Texas Health Resources, Inc. invites you to join the Oncology team as Charge Nurse (RN) at Texas Health Fort Worth. In this role you will lead care for oncology patients on a fast-paced 35-bed unit, coordinating nursing actions and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

This PRN position offers rotating weekend and holiday coverage (7P–7A) with self-scheduling and opportunities for education and career growth within a supported leadership structure.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with valid RN license and oncology/medical-surgical experience.
Experience in a fast-paced oncology unit is preferred.
Strong leadership and patient-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing care for oncology patients.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
Mentor staff and ensure adherence to care protocols.
