Job summary

HealthPartners' Methodist Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with patients, families, and other providers, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Schedule: 0.7 FTE, Straight Evening 8-hour shift with every other weekend. Required qualifications include Minnesota RN license and BLS; BSN preferred with expected completion within 2 years.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage the episode of patient care in partnership with patients, families, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care delegated to Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.
