Qualifications

• Direct clinical nursing care for oncology patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate treatment.
• Educate patients and families and provide discharge planning.
• Document care and outcomes in EHR (EPIC).
• Provide leadership and mentor staff where needed.
