UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO is seeking a night-shift RN to provide direct patient care at the Anschutz Inpt Pavilion. You will use the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families around the clock.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and a minimum of 6 months of RN experience; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers full-time hours and robust benefits in a dynamic acute care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; collaborates across disciplines for transfer, discharge, referrals, and supportive needs.
• Provides care in a 24/7 Acute Care environment.
• Educates patient and family; delegates care to ancillary staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced setting.
