Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Iowa and current.
• Minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training completed within three months.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and disease processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in MOSAIQ and EPIC.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and side effects.
• Ensure infection control and aseptic technique.

Education

RN license (Iowa)
