Maria Parham Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology team in Henderson, NC. The role involves delivering direct patient care to oncology patients, following the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, education for patients and families, and coordination of care across services. The position is full-time, with day shifts, and no weekends or holidays required.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license (or compact) required.
• ASN in Nursing from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association; ACLS and chemotherapy/biotherapy credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oncology patient care using the nursing process.
• Document patient care and monitor status; communicate with care team and family.
• Assess patient needs and educate patient/family; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
