The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and oncology experience. Strong teamwork, patient safety, and excellent communication are essential, with bilingual abilities preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required with Florida licensure.
• Oncology experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced oncology setting.
• Computer proficiency and effective communication essential.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document procedures per department policy.
• Obtain nursing history and admission assessments.
• Assess patient behavior and physiological norms.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families as needed.
• Administer treatments and verify physician orders.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and investigate concerns.
