Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure (required).
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for oncology patients within a dedicated unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and promote high-quality patient experiences.
