Job summary
Endeavor Health in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse, Oncology, to join our oncology infusion team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no weekends or holidays.
You will provide safe, effective nursing care, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate patient care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois RN licensure is required.
- Associate's in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CPR certification is required; OCN/ONS preferred.
- Minimum 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; ED/ICU/PACU experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on a specific unit.
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
- Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
