Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, documenting care, and ensuring patient/family advocacy. Requires Alabama RN license and relevant certifications (BLS/ACLS as required).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care.
• Respects diversity and builds respectful relationships with the team and patients.
• Functions as patient and family advocate.
• Delivers care appropriate to the patient’s age and unit.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Documents patient care in a knowledgeable and compliant manner.
• Maintains regular, punctual attendance per policies.
