Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.

You will supervise LPNs/CNAs, develop individualized care plans, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN within four years from date of hire unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team members.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
