Job summary

Requires an accredited nursing degree and active RN license. BSN must be completed within four years if starting with ASN/ADN, unless you have 15+ years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete BSN within four years from hire unless 15 years of RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to operate computers and read monitors.

• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.

• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
