Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' physical and psychological needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with the health team.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in team conferences.
• Follow hospital guidelines, documentation standards and policies.
