Job summary

Intermountain Health in Billings, MT, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using established nursing processes. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an RN license in the state, BSN within four years if starting from ASN/ADN, and BLS-HCP certification either at hire or within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from date of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care in best interests of patients and families.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
