Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.

• Uses nursing judgment to tailor the plan of care to patient needs.
• Mentors new staff and participates in unit precepting.
• Supports discharge planning and patient education.
• Delivers direct nursing care per physician orders.
