Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• Licenses: RN with State License.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: familiarity with practical nursing principles and patient care; age-appropriate care; confidentiality; medical terminology; communication; triage abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess nursing decisions.
• Provide individualized nursing care and safe, competent nursing practices.
• Document patient education, protocol assessments, and adverse events.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record vital signs and patient condition changes.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.
