Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• RN license required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Assess health care needs and formulate, implement, and evaluate a care plan.
• Coordinate care and direct assistive personnel for safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Participate in activities that contribute to professional development and quality improvement.
