Job summary

OneOncology in Somerset, New Jersey, is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse to provide chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and direct patient care. Occasional travel to other clinic sites is required to cover coverage needs.

Requirements include current RN license, CPR, oncology/hematology experience, chemotherapy certification, and OncoEMR knowledge. OCN preferred; travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN License and CPR certification are required.
• Oncology/hematology experience with chemotherapy is needed.
• Chemotherapy certification required; OCN preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably OncoEMR.
• Must be able to travel between office sites for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients for adverse effects.
• Manage symptoms and provide direct patient care.
• Perform phone triage and patient education.
• Travel to other clinic sites as needed for coverage.
